Grown high in the cloud-covered mountains of Jinotega, Nicaragua, this naturally processed coffee is dried inside the whole fruit, allowing the bean to absorb deep sweetness and vibrant fruit character. The result is a lively, aromatic cup bursting with notes of ripe berries, stone fruit, and cocoa.  Lightly roasted, these flavors shine with bright clarity—juicy raspberry and cherry up front, followed by hints of honey, dark chocolate, and toasted almond. A gentle wine-like acidity and silky body carry through to a long, sweet finish. This is a vibrant, fruit-driven coffee that showcases the bold character of naturally processed high-mountain beans.
